Our Dye Doped Liquid Crystal Mixtures (ddLC) are very robust organic materials. The organic dyes are embedded in an LC-matrix similar, what you find in LC screens (e.g. TV, Monitor, Notebook).
According to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008, the used liquid crystal mixtures are NOT classified for the following hazardous properties: physical hazards (non-explosive, non-flammable, non-oxidizing), health hazard (no acute or aspiration toxicity, no CMR).
