The project involves the conversion of a former SIEMENS laboratory and office building from the 1970s into a high-quality loft office building with the most modern equipment for the highest demands. The 7 upper floors will have floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows with impressive ceiling heights of between 3 and 4 meters. The existing building will extend to have an eyrise glass roof structure and will be able to offer a total rental area of 17,000 square meters after the work is completed. The absolute highlight will be the roof garden with a view over downtown Munich and the Bavarian Alps. Great importance was attached to a sustainable concept. The building will be certified in platinum according to the LEED standard and, together with the adjacent hotel building, is one of the first LEED campus properties in Germany.
